큐레이터 소개
페르난다 파렌테(Fernanda Parente, b.1979, 브라질)는 디지털 문화, 몰입형 미디어, 국제 협업의 교차 지점에서 활동하는 큐레이터이다. 10년 이상 물리적·디지털·하이브리드 공간을 넘나들며, 실험적 스토리텔링과 예술적 제작 방식을 탐구하는 혁신적 형식을 기획해왔다. 그녀는 리퍼블리카(re:publica), 독일 연방외무부(German Federal Foreign Office), 48 슈툰덴 노이쾰른(48 Stunden Neukölln), 베를린 기술재단(Technologiestiftung Berlin), 괴테 인스티투트(Goethe-Institut) 등과 협업했으며, 2019년부터 2022년까지 예술, 기술, 사회의 교차점을 탐구하는 플랫폼 로지 DX(Rosy DX)를 공동 설립하고 공동 운영했다. 최근에는 98개국을 연결하는 가상 세계 기반의 문화교류 프로젝트 ‘괴테VR썸(GoetheVRsum)’을 이끌며 새로운 형태의 국제 협업 모델을 제시했고, 베를린 예술대학교에서 ‘메타버스에서의 예술 실천’ 세미나를 공동 개발했다. 이와 함께 아르스 일렉트로니카(Ars Electronica), 글로벌 미디어 포럼(Global Media Forum), 유럽 메타버스 연구 네트워크 컨퍼런스(European Metaverse Research Network Conference), 리퍼블리카(re:publica) 등 국제 무대에서 강연자로 초청된 바 있다.

About the Curator
Fernanda Parente(b.1979, Brazil) is a curator working at the intersection of digital cultures, immersive media and international collaboration. For 10+ years she has designed innovative formats across physical, digital and hybrid spaces, exploring speculative storytelling and experimentation in artistic production. She has collaborated with re:publica, the German Federal Foreign Office, 48 Stunden Neukölln, Technologiestiftung Berlin, and the Goethe-Institut. From 2019–2022 she co-founded and co-led Rosy DX, delivering projects at the nexus of art, technology and society. Recently she led GoetheVRsum, a virtual-world initiative setting a new standard for cultural exchange across 98 countries, and co-developed the seminar “Artistic Practice in the Metaverse” at the Berlin University of the Arts. Fernanda has spoken at Ars Electronica, Global Media Forum, the European Metaverse Research Network Conference, and re:publica.
About the Artist
CROSSLUCID is an artist collective (est. 2018) that engages in highly collaborative cross-disciplinary projects in co-evolution with technology. Their work and research converge on exploring the self as a network; intimacy and the potential for pleasurable actualization through the digital sphere, and the re-imagination of our alliances with technology seen as part of a sympoietic biosphere and universal post-material consciousness. Through explorations spanning filmmaking, poetic Artificial Intelligence, multi-layered techniques of collage, assemblage and experience-led interventions they create scenarios and build experiential formats that instigate prototyping and rehearsing potential futures and progressing metamodern values. Selected current and recent exhibitions include the Shanghai Architecture Biennale, HeK, Vellum LA, the Osaka Museum of Fine Arts, Francisco Carolinum Linz, iMAL, Expanded.Art, the Art Encounters Biennial, and Art Basel Miami. Their work has been commissioned by the Berggruen Institute & Future Humans, the Serpentine Gallery, LAS Art Foundation, Google Arts & Culture, ARD Culture, and Hypebeast, and has been widely presented internationally.

CROSSLUCID (2018-, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia)’s practice is grounded in an ethic of care, engaging technology not as a lever of control or speed but as a partner in co-evolution. Through immersive storytelling, synthetic imaging, and poetic speculation, they create situations in which emotion, ecology, and computation meet and listen to one another. Within Smart Picnic: Sensing the City, Line of Flight proposes a mode of urban attention attuned to porous boundaries between organic life, machinic process, and public space. Here, AI functions as a medium of attunement rather than efficiency—a system learning to care, to notice, to recombine. Forms dissolve and recompose in continuous becoming, modelling reciprocity across human and more-than-human agencies. The work imagines a city sensed rather than surveilled, fluid and negotiated, where futures emerge from practices of care, experimentation, and shared responsibility.
